You may be asking yourself, how much will all of this magical wonder cost me? And the answer is, far less than you expect. The basic monthly rate costs less than one case of your wine.

The two main benefits I will provide you and your business are cost savings and value. Here are just some of the advantages to working with The Complete Package: 

Cost Savings:

• Buying Power: Sure, you may not need 100,000 corks, but if you use the same corks or glass as my other clients your supplies can enjoy the cost break from ordering together vs. separately. The more the merrier. Now you can buy as a group of wineries, instead of on your own. I will manage and categorize all of the supplies needed by everyone to cut corners and get you the group pricing you deserve. 

• Label adjustments: I know how to find savings in your labels. The height, embellishments, paper, etc. can make an impact on your pricing. You may not even notice a visual difference, but you will definitely see it on the invoice. 

• Freight Charges: You and my other clients are ordering glass, and you are a mile away from each other. With my coordination, I can group you together so you both benefit. 

• Pricing review: I can look at what is being charged line by line and find inconsistencies and question items that don’t make sense. I can also shop it out so you know you are getting the best deal. 

• Additional Staff: You have me at your fingertips, but I don’t need to be a full-time employee. You can run lean and still get the help and attention you need. 

Value:

• Your time: You my friend, are a valuable resource! And you have a million other things that need to get done, especially if you are running a small operation. You don’t want to micromanage your cork order. But I do. I love follow up. Like…LOVE it. So go grab a beer and put your feet up for a moment. You deserve it. 

• I’ve got the goods: Have you ever tried to get a sample bottle from someone? How about label papers? Or how much time do you spend swearing at your printer and scanner trying desperately to get the signed orders to your vendor before your deadline? Now you don’t have to. I have an extensive portfolio of product samples at my disposal. Want to look at some bottle options? Foil options? Cork samples? I’ve got them, and I will bring them to your door. If I don’t have them, I will order them, track them and make sure they arrive to you. I will also manage the sign-off process for all your documents and either supply hard copies or send via email, whatever is better for you. Once they are signed, I will send them into the vendors and verify they were received. Another item checked off the list. 

• Accessibility: Ok, so all your orders have been placed, confirmed, and delivered. Perfect! Now you need a copy of that invoice for that thing for your tax lady. Time to scroll through thousands of emails. Nope. You and I will share an all-inclusive folder in the cloud that will have EVERYTHING that was signed, submitted and reviewed throughout the entire process. With one click, all of your information is available for review. No more digging through the archives, it’s all at your fingertips. 

• Less desk, more cellar: Not only am I saving you time, but I am helping you stay out of your office. You won’t need to be staring at your email when you should be out sampling in the cellar. I will be at my desk, so you don’t have to. Upfront we will discuss how best to reach you and I will do everything possible to keep you away from your computer and in the vineyards, where you belong.
